All classes are drop-in or pre-registered series. For all drop-in classes, clients are welcome to come to any drop-in classes as their schedule permits. Drop-in classes are priced individually or clients can purchase a class pass and use it toward any drop-in class. Pre-registered class series require clients to purchase the series in advance as it is designed to introduce clients through a series of classes to a movement or mind-body therapy. Classes Offered by Our Teachers:

- *Chair Yoga (drop-in class every Tuesday at 9:00am): Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a yoga chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing poses, forward and backward bends, side extensions, balancing, and leg and arm stretches. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
- *Gentle Yoga - Beginners’ Class (drop-in class every Wednesday at 5:45pm): Hatha Yoga is the most common and popular form of yoga that combines poses (asanas) with breath work (pranayama) to provide students the benefits of yoga. This class is a perfect drop-in class to start for newcomers to yoga or those practicing yoga who desire a bit more detailed instruction and guidance in poses to better guide with alignment, breathwork, and focus. Class will typically include a meditation to end the class. This class is appropriate for all levels, especially those experienced students desiring a slower and gentler practice to refresh their knowledge in yoga.
- *Hatha Yoga – All Levels (drop-in class every Saturday at 9:00am): Hatha Yoga is the most common form of yoga practiced. Class is appropriate for all levels as modifications and/or props can be used while incorporating the breath to move into a safe, relaxing, and fully supportive yoga practice.
- *Kundalini (drop-in class every Wednesday at Noon – Wed class starts March 7th – and every Thursday at 7:00pm): Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that awakens awareness. It uses sets of yogic postures and movements (asana) with meditative focus, breath work (pranayama), and chanting (mantra). In addition to strengthening the health and well being of the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation.
- Meditation – First Monday (Drop-in first Monday of every month, 7:15-8:15pm): All levels and experience with meditation welcome. Meeting once a month (first Monday), this event enables the practical applications of meditation to be understood and learned while enabling participants to try various types of meditation and discuss their experiences in comfortable and peaceful setting. Props and chairs are available to those who require more support. Most meditations will be done while sitting or lying down, but some walking meditation will be incorporated.
- Mat Pilates (drop-in class Mondays at 6:00pm; drop-in class Tuesdays at noon): Pilates is a movement therapy that uses a method of physical exercise to strengthen and build control of muscles, especially those used for posture. Awareness of breathing and precise control of movements are integral components of Pilates. Special equipment, if available, is often used.
- Hatha Flow Yoga (drop-in class every other Sunday at 9:00am, beginning Feb 26): Hatha Yoga is the most common and popular form of yoga that combines poses (asanas) with breath work (pranayama) to provide students the benefits of yoga. Building on Hatha Yoga, this form of yoga combines the breath and poses to create a flow linking poses together. Moving fluidly from one pose to the next with few breaks creates greater heat in the body to build strength, endurance, and mental focus in the practitioner.
- *Senior/Gentle Yoga (drop-in classes on Mondays at 2:00pm & Wednesdays at 10:00am): Hatha Yoga is the most common and popular form of yoga that combines poses (asanas) with breath work (pranayama) to provide students the benefits of yoga. This form of yoga is a slowed and gentler practice of Hatha Yoga that uses modifications and/or props while incorporating the breath to move into a safe, relaxing, and fully supportive yoga practice.
